If we’re willing to be changed, God will take us on a lifelong journey of healing that will transform us and renew our minds (Rom. 12:2). 

The wounding we each experience in life is the result of sin. Scripture teaches us that knowledge of truth sets us free. Jesus/Yeshua, the Son of God is the truth (John 14:6) and whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:31-36).
